Dallas S.F. Oliver, Esq.


Dallas is a Georgia native, growing up in both Cobb County and Hart County, prior to his family moving to Asheville, North Carolina, where he attended high school. He then earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Print Journalism from The University of South Carolina, with minors in History and Political Science.Following graduation from Carolina, he earned his J.D. from Western Michigan University’s Thomas M. Cooley Law School, with a concentration in Constitutional Law & Civil Rights. During law school, Dallas served as law clerk to the Legislative Counsel for Michigan Trial Lawyers Association, working at the State Capitol alongside the state’s legislators in furtherance of MTLA’s interests. Additionally, he received honors in both Moot Court and Legislative Process. Following law school, Dallas moved back to Georgia and went into private practice focusing solely on personal injury and civil litigation.

After more than eight years in private practice, Dallas served as a senior-level in-house Staff Counsel attorney for a large insurance company’s Atlanta office, prior to joining Groth & Makarenko. He has successfully handled and litigated hundreds of cases.

Dallas is admitted to practice before all state courts in Georgia, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, and The Supreme Court of Georgia. Dallas is a member of the Tort and Insurance Practice Section of the State Bar of Georgia.
